48-Hour Notice: We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within less than 48 hours will lose the deposit of your booking. If you wish to reschedule, you will have to pay another depsoit to secure a new booking.
No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for a scheduled appointment without any notice will be charged 100% of the booked service and may be required to prepay future bookings.
We understand that sometimes life happens. If you’re running late, please call us.
Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or a need to reschedule, depending on stylist availability. In this case, the cancellation fee may still apply.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately, is disrespectful, or violates salon policies.
A deposit of £25 will be required in order to secure your booking.
Please note your booking will not be confirmed until the deposit is recieved. If the deposit is not recieved within 1-2 hours of your booking, the slot may be released and offered to another client.
Deposits are applied toward the final cost of your service.
All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if rescheduled with at least 24-hour notice.
To help manage our schedule fairly and efficiently, we do not accept appointments more than 6 weeks in advance unless you have contacted us directly first.
Unapproved bookings made beyond this timeframe may be subject to cancellation or rescheduling.
